Expansion Manager
We coordinate and run the feasibility study process for new locations. From the materials provided — PDF documents, photographs, DWG drawings and the landlord pack — we analyse the unit in detail: its area, layout, building services and the key technical and functional parameters. Already at the analysis stage we identify potential constraints and areas that need clarification. We then coordinate the answers to the questions raised by the architect and finalise the feasibility study, which gives a clear verdict on whether a location meets the requirements of the project.

I am an architect with 15 years of experience in architectural and interior design. I specialize in the comprehensive delivery of Design & Build projects, combining the design process with effective construction coordination.
Together with my team, we create functional, aesthetically refined, and user-focused spaces — from concept development and technical documentation through to project completion. My approach is based on simplicity, quality, and close collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
