A 600-square-metre conversion of a historic Warsaw tenement into a set of apartments. The brief preserved the building's external character while reorganising the interior plans around how families actually live today.

The renders shown here are the top-floor unit, where the original roof geometry becomes the defining feature: angled ceilings and skylights wash the open kitchen and dining area in even, northern light, anchored by exposed brick and a single slab of veined marble.
